Destination Dining

In September of 2020, S.Pellegrino Sparkling Natural Mineral Waters unveiled Destination Dining, a partnership with some of the most treasured restaurants in two locales, NY & LA.

The program delivered a new-aged culinary exchange experience for diners where for five consecutive weeks, a pair of restaurants exchanged quintessential dishes, inviting diners to experience a transcontinental culinary experience at a time when travel for most was limited. Each dish is each available for one week for in-person dining, takeout, and/or delivery — any way the restaurant was serving their guests.

In addition to wonderful restaurants, the program also supported and featured exciting partners including ROAR (Relief Opportunities for all Restaurants), The Infatuation, and Fine Dining Lovers.

This program leveraged the S.Pellegrino brand to provide increased visibility and revenue for participating restaurants at a time when it was - and continues to be - desperately needed.

Restaurant partners included iconic ‘swaps’ like Chefs Frank Castronovo & Frank Falcinelli (Frankies Spuntino, NY) swapping a dish with LA Chefs Jon Shook & Vinny Dotolo (Jon & Vinny’s, LA), Chef David Shim’s & Simon Kim (Cote, NY) exchanging an item with Chef Jonathan Yao (Kato, LA), and Chef Stefano Secchi (Rezdora, NY) trading a classic pasta dish with Chef Nancy Silverton (Osteria Mozza, LA).
